Ayumi & Wei is a piano/cello duo which explores a more vivid way of translating contemporary classical pieces. We humbly brought in our improvisations in between pieces, from Morton Feldman, Earle Brown, to traditional Japanese and Taiwanese folk songs. The result is two voices unfolding freely by being exposed in definite presence and extreme calmness.
